The play “What Killed Marcelo Lucero?” is beginning a new tour on Long Island, and the first stop will be an April 14 performance in West Babylon (Our Lady of Grace Church, 666 Albin Avenue, 11:30am).

The show explores tensions between immigrant and native-born Long Islanders, and encourages dialogue among audience members. “What Killed Marcelo Lucero?” was created by Teatro Yerbabruja and our former Welcoming Long Island organizer Margarita Espada.

This performance was organized by the social justice group at the church, and will be presented free of charge. For more info, email teatroyerbabruja@yahoo.com.
