
Nassau County police found swastikas spray painted on a footbridge in Wantagh on Thursday, according to a police press release.

The Seventh Squad reports the details of Aggravated Harassment that occurred in Wantagh on Thursday, September 8, 2011 at 7:56 P.M.
According to detectives, Seventh Precinct police officers discovered three swastikas and the word “Gfam” in red spray paint on the footbridge spanning the Wantagh Parkway from Beltagh Avenue. On the far side of the bridge the phrase, “We are united, We are legion, We do not forgive, We do not forget” was spray painted in black.
