Renowned Immigrant Rights Litigator Lucas Guttentag To Present at Hofstra Law School

One of the leading immigrant rights litigators in the country will be speaking at Hofstra Law School at 5pm today.

Lucas Guttentag heads the American Civil Liberties Union’s Immigrants’ Rights Project and teaches at Yale Law School. He has argued important constitutional cases involving immigrants before the Supreme Court and various United States courts of appeals. He is in the forefront of the fight against laws like Arizona’s SB 1070 and anti-immigrant laws in states like Georgia and Alabama.

Guttentag’s one-hour talk this evening will be on “Immigrants’ Rights and Constitutional Principles: Today’s Challenges.”
