Red Cross Offers Lunch/Dinner to Suffolk Storm Victims

This just in from Suffolk County Executive Steve Bellone:

Red Cross Food Distribution
These Red Cross food distribution centers are open today for lunch at 11 a.m. and dinner at 4 p.m.

•H Lee Dennison Building, 100 Veterans Highway, Hauppauge
•Riverhead County Center, 210 Center Drive, Riverhead-will be open later today
•Mastic Fire House, 1088 Mastic Road, Mastic-will be open later today

In addition, the Red Cross has six Emergency Response vehicles “roaming” between Oakdale and Long Beach to provide meals to residents. We will look to open additional meal distribution centers throughout the weekend.

Los centros abren a las 11 AM para almuerzo y a las 4 PM para la cena:

– Centro de Gobierno en Riverhead, 210 Center Dr, Riverhead
– Casa de Bomberos de Mastic, 1088 Mastic Rd, Mastic

Adicionalmente, la Cruz Roja tiene 6 Vehiculos de Emergencia transitando entre Oakdale y Long Beach repartiendo comida para los residentes. Estamos trabajando para abrir centros de distribuicion de comida el fin de semana.
