A three minute video on the death of a little boy fleeing the violence in Syria reminds us that while politicians dither over refugee policy, those fleeing ISIS and the Syrian regime cannot wait. There is an urgency to the need for the European Union, Turkey, and the wealthy Gulf States to address the refugee crisis in ways that don’t put the toddlers, the little boys and girls, and their parents in danger.
