The U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services has published updated fliers on President Barack Obama’s administrative relief program.
The fliers outline eligibility requirements for the expanded Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program and the new Deferred Action for Parents of Americans and Lawful Permanent Residents (DAPA).
They also again discuss the importance of avoiding scams.
The new guidelines for DACA take effect on Feb. 18. DAPA applications are expected to be available in May.
You can download a PDF of DACA and DAPA fliers in English. Each is available in Spanish (DACA here, DAPA here), as well as Korean,Vietnamese, and Chinese.
