Some Immigration Offices Reopen Friday Nov. 2

 Some United States Immigration and Citizenship Service (USCIS) offices will reopen on Friday. The Queens and Holtsville field offices will be open tomorrow, November 2, but 26 Federal Plaza will remain closed.
