Trump is unhappy.

Three Federal Courts issued injunctions on Friday blocking the implementation of Donald Trump’s new “Public Charge Rule.” The injunction issued by Federal Judge George Daniels in Manhattan is nationwide. The Public Charge Rule is DEFINITELY NOT going into effect today and immigrants should NOT be disenrolling from public benefits.

Judge Daniels was scathing in his assessment of the rule. He wrote in his decision:

“The rule is simply a new agency policy of exclusion in search of a justification. It is repugnant to the American Dream of the opportunity for prosperity and success through hard work and upward mobility.”

Advocates will hold a press conference today to explain the decision.
