A resource guide is available for undocumented immigrants with DACA (Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals) to make sure that they have all the information and resources they need to file their taxes on time and correctly. The materials are provided by United We Dream, a national immigration organization, and the National Immigration Law Center.

How do you file taxes with DACA? Confused about Obamacare and if the Obamacare penalty applies to you? Do you need to pay a penalty? All of these questions are answered and covered in the resource guide.
