Advocates and Dreamers rallied at Congressman Lee Zeldin’s office in Patchogue on Tuesday calling on him to support the passage of a clean DREAM Act ahead of today’s deadline for lawmakers to continue to fund the federal government.

Immigrant rights supporters, including those from organizations like Bend the Arc, Make The Road New York, Suffolk Progressives, and SEPA Mujer pressed Zeldin to support Long Island’s immigrant communities, like the estimated 1,200 recipients of Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) in his district.
