Protest-Fatigue? – Here’s Your “Moment of Zen”

Many community members are feeling fatigued after weeks of protests against the harmful policies of the current administration. Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh, a social and environmental activist for more than 40 years, and his pupils share with The Huffington Post his tips on how to best use mindfulness to keep your spirits up and have the strength to keep protesting and advocating for yourself and others.
