The U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services has published two new fliers on President Barack Obama’s administrative relief program.
The first aims to protect immigrants from scams. It explains that, though the program has been announced, it is still not accepting applications yet and warns not to pay for services until applications for the initiatives are available.
The second outlines eligibility requirements for the expanded Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) and the new Deferred Action for Parents of Americans and Lawful Permanent Residents (DAPA).
