Why deport DREAMers?

The House of Representatives could not get their act together to even write an immigration reform bill this year, but they had no trouble passing legislation on Friday to end the DACA program for DREAMers. The inhumane bill would, if passed by the Senate and signed by the President, lead to an end to DACA which currently provides work authorization to 600,000 DREAMers. The bill has absolutely no chance of being passed in the Senate, so this bill is just an attempt to insult immigrants and Latinos. HR 5272, as the bill is numbered, was voted for by two Downstate Congressmen, Mike Grimm of Staten Island and Peter King of Long Island.
