If things seemed a little different here on Long Island Wins’ website for the past two weeks, don’t worry. The slight slow down of activity was not due to staff going on our own August recess.
Instead, I took a brief two-week hiatus to go on paternity leave. On July 31, at 5:36 a.m., my wife gave birth to my son, Ian. Both mother and baby are doing well.
While I thoroughly enjoyed the time off, I am glad to be back in the swing of things here at Long Island Wins. Readers can expect the pace of things to pick right back up.
