With so much movement towards immigration reform in Washington, the New York Immigration Coalition is asking you to call on Gov. Cuomo to ask him to support extending the Tuition Assistance Program (TAP) to undocumented students in his State of the State speech on January 9th.  The New York State DREAM Act helps keep young immigrants in school by giving them hope of receiving a college education.
