While much of our attention has been focused the last month on federal immigration reform, we are also renewing our campaign for the New York State DREAM Act. This legislation would allow students who graduate from New York high schools to access the state’s Tuition Assistance Program (TAP) which provides small grants to help pay for college.The immediate target is to get Gov.
