RALLY ON SATURDAY December 1 at 1:30 PM
On November 25th U. S. Border Agents fired tear gas and rubber bullets at a group of immigrants including young children. These policies are cruel and unjustified, and must be loudly rejected. The people who were fired upon are fleeing dangerous conditions and have the human and legal right to seek asylum in the U.S. There are reports of children still being separated from their parents and there is an unprecedented number of children in detention.Join Families Belong Together, LIICAH and TWWLI on Dec. 1st to say, “STOP THE TEARS” as we demand compassion and justice at the border.
The rally is at the corner of RTE 110 and Jericho Tpke in Huntington.
