Julia Sorto

Julia is a a Long Island Wins intern and recent SUNY Old Westbury graduate with a Bachelors of Arts in Media & Communication. She has always had a passion for storytelling and is devoted to making a difference in the world through advocacy. Through journalism, she believes this is possible. She appreciates the importance of learning from others experiences and bringing awareness to issues that are often ignored. Julia is specifically interested in documentary style film, as well as mass media.
