
The women’s branch of Turkish Cultural Center in New Jersey (TCCNJ) held Turkish cooking classes, just in time for students to include Turkish dishes in their holiday menus.
Dilek Öztoprak, the head of the women’s branch, summed up the spirit of the course, which continues in January:
“That wasn’t only an opportunity to cook together but also a great occasion to explore, to exchange cultures and customs.”
